Rakesh K. Goyal, M.D.

Dr. Rakesh K. Goyal is a leading ketamine specialist in Long Island since 2018. He has over 20 years of experience in internal medicine and mental health illnesses.  He has performed numerous ketamine infusions with over 80% success in his patients who have lost hope and struggled from severe refractory depression, suicidal ideations, PTSD, OCD, anxiety, alcohol relapse and chronic pain. For each patient, he aims to achieve perfection with his compassionate care and individualized treatment plan that involves discussion with the family and patient's providers, close and direct monitoring during each ketamine session and timely follow ups after each successful ketamine induction course. 

Dr. Goyal is affiliated with Northwell Health and is serving as an assistant professor of medicine in Hofstra University. He holds active medical license within the state of New York. He is a member of the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), the American Society of Ketamine Physicians, Psychotherapists, and Practitioners (ASKP3) and American Board of Obesity Medicine (ABOM).

Payal Srivastava, FNP, RN

Payal Srivastava has been a registered nurse for over 10 years. She has recently completed her masters of science as a family nurse practitioner from Pace university. Over the years, she has gained a lot of experience working with patients who have treatment resistant mental health illnesses. She is dedicated to her work and promotes a positive environment for her patients focusing on health and wellness. During her leisure time, Payal loves spending time outdoors with her two children and husband.
